Cancellation Policy

Please note the cancellation policy for games on Start Playing Games:

There is a 24-hour cancellation period through which players can skip a session before being charged. To skip an upcoming session, find the game in the "My Adventures" part of your Start Playing player dashboard. From there, select the "Skip Session" option and select the date of the game you wish to skip.

The General Cancellations Policy for Fantasy Forge Heroes is:

1. If the GM is not informed at least 24 hours in advance, the session will be charged.

2. Sessions will always be run with 2 or more available players.

3. The GM may waive a session fee for medical reasons only (at their own discretion).

I STRONGLY suggest skipping sessions on Start Playing Games in advance to avoid any issues.
